1-Year Warranty
Every Livegrid is hand-assembled in London and built to last. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions for one year from the date of original purchase from Livegrid or an authorised seller.
What is covered
For 12 months from the date of your original purchase, Livegrid warrants that your device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:
- Hardware malfunctions of the LED display, sensors, electronics, or enclosure caused by manufacturing defects
- Failure of the device to perform its intended function under normal operating conditions
- Faulty assembly attributable to Livegrid
If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion, free of charge.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from drops, impact, liquid spills, or other accidents
- Misuse, neglect, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
- Damage from incorrect power supply, non-compatible accessories, or improper installation
- Unauthorised hardware modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, or ageing that do not affect function
- Software or firmware issues that can be resolved with an update
- Third-party accessories, power banks, cables, or mounts not sold by Livegrid
How to make a claim
Email contact@livegrid.tech with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A short description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the problem, if possible
We will confirm whether the issue is covered and guide you through the next steps. Please do not return a device until we have asked you to.
Repair, replacement, or refund
For a valid claim during the warranty period, Livegrid will either:
- Repair the device,
- Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better specification, or
- Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible
Replacement parts or devices may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Warranty returns & shipping
Once we confirm a covered defect, we will arrange how the device should be returned. Where a defect is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping within the UK. For international orders, we will discuss the most practical option with you — typically we cover return shipping for confirmed defects, or provide a replacement without requiring a return when that is more practical.
Please keep the original packaging when possible. Devices returned without prior approval, or found not to have a covered defect, may be returned to you at your expense.
30-day returns (separate from warranty)
If you simply change your mind, you may return an unused Livegrid in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Email contact@livegrid.tech to start a return.
Because of high international shipping costs, change-of-mind returns from outside the UK are not available. International returns are only accepted when there is a defect covered by this warranty or by your statutory rights.
Your statutory rights
This limited warranty is in addition to your legal rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (and equivalent consumer protection laws in your country). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
